💜Shipping & orders

Q: I'm missing half of my order, where is the rest?
The order containing different types of products, such as art prints and stickers, will be sent in different packages, as the art prints will be managed and processed by a specialized outsourced printing company, while the stickers will be managed in-house.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: The USPS ships to over 180 countries. so more thank likely it'll reach out customers. In the same way you can check on its main page the countries to which it ships.
Q: What is the cost of my shipment?

Q: Customs + duty fees
A: Please be aware of your country's customs + duty fees that may be applied to your order upon receipt. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 
Q: When will my order be sent out?
A: We ship orders out every Saturday. Please keep in mind we're a very small team of 2-3 people individually packing and shipping many orders!
Q: How fast is shipping?
A: Once your order is PROCESSED (see above question), it'll take:
Domestic: 5/15 days
International: 15/25 days
Q: What's my tracking number?
A: You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped! Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Shipping notifications are automatically sent out, but if you haven't received an order confirmation email or any tracking information, let us know! 
Q: There's something wrong with my order! What do I do?
A: Oh no! Please send us a message along with your order number via email (araneestickers@gmail.com) and we'll help you through there. 
Q: Wrong address?
A: Please contact us as son as posible to update your address. There is a 24-hour window to make changes to the address before the order goes into production. Once it goes into production, there is Little we can do. Any additional cost for redelivery must be covered by the customer.
Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?
A: All sales are final, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
